line with the new economy the Creaware Group operates as
a so-called Network Company, building a strong and consistently
operating community of specialized professionals. The nodes
in this network operate as entities that jointly deliver
eBusiness, eMarketing and communication design services to
the market. All members of the Creaware Group share the same
philosophy, quality and delivery standards. The overall
management is
in the hands of experienced project managers and art directors.
Exsensys (100%
owned)
Integrating internet technology,
artificial intelligence and data logging devices into a unique
service proposition for companies that depend on monitoring
of temperature, humidity and other sensory input. Exsensys
is in the process of completing a range of related products
and services.:

Affairs International (85% owned)
Wine
Affairs was registered in January 2003 and started trading
in April 2003.
Wine Affairs facilitates European on-trade and off-trade
customers with premium Australian wines, using a network
of professional and thrustworthy logistics partners. Main
focus is to reduce
costs in the supply chain and deliver Australian wines
at substantially
lower
prices, making extensive use of the Internet as communication
medium. Wine
Affairs International owns 50% of Wine Affairs Germany
and 85% of Wine Affairs (Netherlands) BV.
